We’re proud to shine the spotlight on a truly remarkable team member—Oscar Malone.

Oscar has been a dedicated member of the Dale’s family for an incredible 43 years. Born in New Orleans and raised in Ft. Pierce, he graduated from Dan McCarty High School and has been part of our community ever since.

Known for his outstanding work ethic, warm demeanor, and ever-present smile, Oscar brings positivity and commitment to everything he does. If you’ve ever asked him how he’s doing, you’ve probably heard his signature response: “I’m blessed.” And truly, we are the ones who are blessed to have Oscar on our team.
