Dale’s BBQ was founded by Dale Ernsberger Jr. in October of 1962. The restaurant is known for delicious smoked meats, daily made coleslaw, and sweet tea. Everyone has a favorite item at Dale’s. As an icon of Ft. Pierce, many have special memories dining at Dale’s. The restaurant has served multiple generations and will continue to provide quality food and a welcoming atmosphere.
